Coaching for Successful Performance

Performa Experts provide coaching services to complement training programs and support employee learning and performance development. Coaching aims to facilitate significant transformations in employees’ knowledge, thinking, and work approach by employing innovative techniques such as individual training, consulting, and performance monitoring. The benefits of coaching include:

– Identifying the needs, motivations, desires, and skills of employees, enabling them to make lasting and tangible changes.

– Establishing clear goals that align with their career aspirations and future objectives.

– Building confidence in employees to effectively resolve conflicts with colleagues and management.

– Enhancing communication skills to foster constructive relationships between employees, colleagues, and management.

– Encouraging a commitment to effective performance and continuous personal growth.

– Providing motivation and monitoring to ensure the development of personal competencies without any complacency.

The results of coaching are assessed and communicated to embassy management in accordance with coaching standards. The coaching process entails a confidential relationship between the coach and employee, establishing trust and delivering essential problem-solving skills and goal attainment capabilities.

Coaching sessions are conducted on a one-on-one basis, typically once or twice a week, with each session lasting one to two hours. The coach may also provide follow-up and corrective guidance as necessary between these sessions. Coaches employ The G.R.O.W. model, a mental framework that guides them in assisting employees in achieving optimal performance.
